We provide a range of in home carers services to suit your needs including personal care, domestic assistance, social support, respite, transport, medication management and home maintenance. We also have skilled nurses who are specifically trained in a wide variety of speciality areas including in home support services (home care package), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Case Management.
The support Help on Wheels provides enables you to have a quality life at your own home.
All our services are based on Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Principles. This means, you have ‘choice and control’ over where, when and by whom the supports and services you need are provided.
This holistic style of care enables participants to have the one person for many duties which develops a good relationship between the participant and staff member and enables continuity of care. Staff are continually educated and up skilled via our education workshops and continuing education courses
5+ Years of Experience
Established in 1990, Help on Wheels (HOW) is a subdivision of Australian Nursing and Training Services (ANTS) which offers a wide range of courses in Ageing, Disability, Home and Community, Health Assistance Services and Leisure and Health. .Help on Wheels was established with feedback from both facilities and clients in mind, we aim to deliver the most affordable, quality nursing care and qualified staff. Our staff are passionate, qualified, and experienced with most speaking two or more languages.
