We have established a COVID-19 Response Team (CRT) to support our planning for and response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have organise regular training to our care staff team and sent regular letters & emails home to families, advising on the steps we are taking as an organisation to ensure everyone’s health & safety.

To support Help on Wheels’response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all clients who become unwell are required to inform Help on wheels as soon as possible. We will undertake an initial risk assessment via telephone to help determine how we can best support you while you are unwell.
