The support Help on Wheels provides enables you to have a quality life at your own home.
All our services are based on Consumer Directed Care (CDC) Principles. This means, you have ‘choice and control’ over where, when and by whom the supports and services you need are provided.
This holistic style of care enables participants to have the one person for many duties which develops a good relationship between the participant and staff member and enables continuity of care. Staff are continually educated and up skilled via our education workshops and continuing education courses
Help on Wheels is led by Registered Nurses who are deeply involved in delivering high-quality care and have firsthand experience identifying gaps within the care sector.
