Your Options

Home and living support, made clearer

Home and living can mean different things at different times. We explain each option, help coordinate the transition and keep your preferences central.

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Shared homes with support arranged around your daily routine, goals and approved NDIS plan.

  • Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Support to understand suitable specialist housing options and coordinate daily supports in your home.

  • Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

A temporary place to stay while you wait for a long-term home or essential home changes to be completed.

  • Respite and short-term stays

Planned short stays that provide a change of environment, continuity of support and time for family carers to rest.

  • Hospital and aged-care discharge

Coordinated support to help you move safely into the community, temporary accommodation or your longer-term home.
