Privacy details
Help on Wheels respects your privacy. We are a registered NDIS provider and all of our supports are delivered under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, so we treat your personal information carefully and only collect what we need.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, enquiry form, referral form or job application form, we collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the supports you are asking about and anything else you write in your message. Job applicants may also attach a resume and cover letter.
This website does not store your information
None of the information you type into our forms is stored on this website. There is no website database of enquiries, referrals or applications. Form details are sent straight to our office inbox at enquires@helponwheels.com.au, and resumes and cover letters are passed on in the same email and then discarded by the website — they are never saved to this site or to any online storage it uses.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to arrange or review supports, and to consider job applications. We never sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for. We share information with other people or services only with your consent, or where we are required to by law or by our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
Records we keep in our office
Once you become a participant, your support records — assessments, support plans and progress notes — are kept securely in our own office systems, with access limited to the staff who need it. Those records are held and kept for as long as required under NDIS record keeping rules. They are never held on this website.
Sensitive documents
Please do not email medical records, plan documents or other sensitive material. Call our office on 1300 591 566 and we will let you know the safest way to share them with us.
Cookies and website data
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not build a profile of you. Your browser may store small settings on your own device — for example your accessibility choices, such as larger text or high contrast — so the site remembers them on your next visit. You can clear these at any time through your browser.
Questions, access and complaints
To ask a privacy question, request access to information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint, email enquires@helponwheels.com.au or call 1300 591 566. You can also raise a concern directly with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
