Radhika: CEO
Our CEO has been leading Help on Wheels since 2019, guiding the organisation with a strong commitment to person-centred care. With over 14 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, she brings deep clinical knowledge and hands-on understanding of care into every part of the organisation.You’ll often see her checking in with staff, supporting participants behind the scenes, and working closely with families and stakeholders to make sure Help on Wheels truly lives its values every day.
Rishi: General Manager
Rishi is our General Manager, supporting people, operations, and organisational development at Help on Wheels. He brings extensive community service experience. Helping ensure our workplace and services are inclusive, respectful, and responsive to the needs of diverse communities. You’ll often see Rishi working behind the scenes overseeing day-to-day operations, HR, and staff support.
Usha: Operations/Care Manager
Usha has been part of Help on Wheels for over six years, leading as our Care and Operations Manager, and has been a Registered Nurse since 2016. She guides her work with a strong belief in compassion and is always advocating for participants to receive the support they need. You’ll often see Usha working closely with staff and participants standing alongside the team, listening, and providing support to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and respected every day
Bishnu: Accounts Manager
Bishnu is our Accounts Manager and plays a key role in keeping Help on Wheels running smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees invoicing, payroll, and financial processes, helping ensure everything is accurate, timely, and well organised. You’ll often see Bishnu working closely with the team to support day-to-day operations, providing reliable financial support so staff can focus on delivering quality, person-centred care.
Sangita: Client Support Officer
Sangita is our Client Support Officer and is often the first point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders at Help on Wheels. She supports a little bit of everything across the organisation, helping keep day-to-day processes running smoothly and ensuring enquiries are handled with care and efficiency. You’ll often see Sangita assisting clients, supporting the team behind the scenes, and making sure everyone feels welcomed, heard, and supported from their very first interaction with us.
