Help on Wheels (HOW) is a registered NDIS Service Provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support services to people with disabilities and the elderly. We are currently seeking a qualified, confident, and compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team in the Sydney area.
About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and assistance to our participants, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will work closely with individuals to support their daily activities, community participation, and overall wellbeing.

Essential Criteria:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or Disability)
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence and ability to drive
- Proven experience as a Support Worker
- Strong and effective communication skills
- A genuine passion for caring and supporting others
